Sun glasses cover up my green eyes, my Martini glistens yeah (Summerboy)

Holidays, at least!
I achieved my memoire about graffiti art (I wrote it down in English)
and got 17/20 magna cum laude
(in France 20 is the best mark, magna cum laude is "very good")
I'm off university until September, enjoying holidays spent at
my parents' in Var, South of France.
Hope you have nice holidays!

I want your horror, I want your design
Hi there.
I haven't been blogging for a while because I had a lot to do at university
but holidays are almost here so I'm back (how long? I don't know ^^)
Here are some pictures I shot during my rare free time.
Hope you enjoy them, even if some of them can shock.
I explain in notes what they are about. I hope you'll be tolerant,
but I'll accept all sorts of critics. Just remind that some pics are just about art.
;)
Seen in St Paul de Vence
(a charming little village of Southern French Riviera.
Many artists and wealthy people live there, there are lots of galleries
I just love this place!)

Seen in the harbour of Cros de Cagnes
(nearby my hometown, not a lot to do there except seeing
old fishers' boats, but the "promenade"
by the sea is really nice at the end of the afternoon).

Seen in Le MAMAC of Nice
(the Museum of Art of Nice showed an exhibition
of Wim Delvoye. He tatooed pigs and stuffed them.
A lot of them had old school tatoos. I loved the exhibition
but I'm aware that a lot of people didn't agree and created
polemics. I just think it's art, but if we had to talk about that
it could last forever.)

My favourite one, love its smile! Pig by Wim Delvoye.

I love the colors together. Tatoos on a pig, Art by Wim Delvoye.

Jouy motifs, tatooed on a pig. Art by Wim Delvoye

Bambi grew up. Sculpture by Wim Delvoye

These streets will make you feel brand new
I post my pictures from my fourth day in New York
(I have few pictures of my third day because my best friend
and I went shopping , and the only pictures I have are crap.)
We took a train to go to Coney Island. This place was great
(it is a giant fair from the 60's) and I really enjoyed it but
we just froze because of the bad weather so we ended up in
New York Aquarium.
In the beginning of the night, we went to the Nasau Coliseum
where we attended a hockey game
(Saint Louis Blues -they won- Vs New York Rangers).
My best friend used to be a hockey player and he was really
happy to see the game. I confess I did enjoyed it!

I just love this last picture so much.

There nothing you can't do, now you're in New York
Hope you'll enjoy my second day in Gotham City in pictures!
My best friend and I went to Central Park
(the sun shone it was great, though trees were still naked).
We ate in a Delicatessen in the Upper East Side and I had the best sandwich
of my life: dry tomatoes, taboulé and feta in bread. Wow! <3
We visited the MET and the Natural History Museum (I loved the Planetarium show!)
Coming back to the hotel, we stopped by the Plaza, and this is where
I shot the Paris cinema, the one where Carrie Bradshaw loves going.
Two months are gone since we did it, and I really miss New York!!!
